How will I receive digital products like eBooks and audiobooks?

All eBooks and audiobooks will be delivered by BookFunnel and can be accessed on the BookFunnel app and website. EBooks can also be downloaded or transferred to be read on all Kindle devices and apps as well as other book apps.

What is your return policy?

All digital sales including eBooks. audiobooks, appointments and subscriptions are final. All physical merch and paperbacks are eligible for return or replacement up to 30 days after the delivery date. Funds will be returned to the original payment method when items are received.

How long does shipping take?

Paperbacks will normally ship the next business day and will arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that all physical products excluding paperbacks will be fulfilled by a third party so delivery may not fall within the 5-7 business day estimate.
